Patricia Cummings, CPA, CFE

Pat graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1987 with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1990. She has worked in public accounting since 1987. Areas of specialization include manufacturing, not-for-profit, accounting and taxation, closely held business transactions and mergers, acquisition, and business sales. She has earned the designation of Certified Fraud Examiner.

Professional memberships include: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Currently, Pat donates her services as outside accountant to the Center of Solitude, Inc. and is on the Finance Committee for Charles Settlement House. She is also an active member of Rochester Women's Network and serves on its Finance Committee.

Alyson Orr, CPA

Alyson graduated from Keuka College with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting in 2005 and she obtained her CPA license in May of 2008. She is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Alyson began her career with Bailey,Carr CPAs fresh out of college in 2005. After a few year hiatus, Alyson has returned to the firm that she calls home. She prepares tax returns and financial statements as well as preforming management duties. Alyson is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Antoinette Spina, CPA

Antoinette holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting, from SUNY at Fredonia. She has over 25 years of experience as a CPA and is seen by the accounting and law communities as an expert in multi-state tax, bankruptcy/debt forgiveness, sales tax and general tax.

Toni served for six years on the Global Board of the Institute of Management Accountants and is the recipient of the "Exemplary Volunteer Award." She is past President for the Rochester Chapter of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. In 2016 she was awarded the Antoinette Spina Award for Volunteers by the Rochester Chapter of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Toni has been a frequent guest on WOKR morning news as a tax expert and is an internationally recognized speaker and webinar presenter on a wide varies of topics including tax and bankruptcy issues.

She is an enthusiastic volunteer of COAP, a program designed to encourage minority high school students to pursue a career in accounting.
