Patricia Cummings, CPA Patricia M. Cummings, CPA     Pat graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1987 with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1990. She has worked in public accounting since 1987. Areas of specialization include manufacturing , not-for-profit and international accounting and taxation, closely held business transactions, mergers and acquisition, and retirement planning,.  She has earned the designation of Certified Specialist in Retirement Planning.   Professional memberships include: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Institute for Excellence in Professional Education. Currently, Pat donates her services as outside accountant to the Center of Solitude, Inc. and is on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee for Charles Settlement House.

Antoinette Spina, CPA Antoinette Spina, CPA   Antoinette holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting, from SUNY at Fredonia.  She has over 25 years of experience as a CPA and is seen by the accounting and law communities as an expert in multi-state tax, bankruptcy/debt forgiveness, sales tax and general tax.  Toni is on the National Board of the Institute of Management Accountants and is Chairman of the Careers in Acounting Committee of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants for the Rochester Chapter. Toni is a frequent guest on WOKR morning news as a tax expert and presents many seminars on tax and bankruptcy issues.  She is an enthusiastic volunteer of COAP, a program designed to encourage minority high school students to pursue a career in accounting.
